With these offered we want to make sure all our wonderful customers know that the alcohol is less than 3% of the cocoa bomb and we note that mixing them with milk or water is still required to optimize the taste. Our ration is 1/2 tsp liquor to 1 tbsp cocoa mix, this follows the state guidelines for confectioners.
