Due to recent issues and concerns we have had to discuss implementing a policy change for payment when ordering.

We pride ourselves on making sure everything is fresh and gets to you the consumer in a timely fashion recently we have been noticing an increase in orders that are not being paid for, people not returning messages and sadly rudeness when asked if they are still interested/picking up. This effects our time, the quality of of the product and eventually our families.

So we are now asking for 50% down at ordering and remaining paid at pick up. Until your deposit is made we will not place your order on the calendar.

Shipping Policy & Delivery Costs

Shipping is done priority mail and no candy/chocolate will be mailed during the warm months due to melting. So I would say not from May 1st to October 1st. Pies will come frozen and directions to reheat will be included. Due to high cost of gas, we are charging $10.00 delivery free to orders under $100.00 effectively immediately. We can deliver local to you.

Our shop is run and managed utilizing and maintaining the covid considerations. We follow the latest CDC guidelines for business. 

Exchanges and Returns

If a product is defective we can exchange it for the same product but needs to be be within a 24 hour notice window of purchase or pickup.

Or if you are unaware of allergy of nuts and develop an allergy to nuts, we can work together on an exchange within the 24 hour timeframe. Gluten free products are also available in many items. If you are not sure, just ask or email us.

Local Delivery Available 

each order is made fresh for each order and ready within 72 hours of order. We will make local deliveries for $10.00  to orders under $100.00. We are sorry but due the high cost of gas.  We are sorry if this is inconvenience for you. Thank you.
